ART BY

'ART BY is a collaboration between H&M and up-and-coming creative talents. This piece is part of a collection by Icelandic artists'.

Well, I think the caption(the text that also features on the shirt label) says it all, really. I was hunting through H&M for a wintry coat a few weeks ago and instead, this graphical piece caught my eye. As stated above it's from a collection designed by Icelandic artists, this particular tee is by Siggi Eggertsson. Google searches have not been helpful in producing any info regarding this H&M endeavour. Anyone have more details?

Here's a few more equally appealing pieces from the collection, modelled by a more mature and bearded
gent.

i actually quite like all of these - what the hell H&M do you shop at?? oh wait, i'm in the states i forgot, unfortunately. all the ladies get is cavalli. i wish everyone would stop talking about that like its some kind of style revolution for H&M. It's lepoard prints for christsakes!!

Oh dear Riz I feel your pain. To be perfectly honest, I'm not H&M's biggest fan anyway but this collaboration just won me back...

I love H&M
I think it is one of the few high street shops that has fantastic womens and mens collections

how nice it must be to riffle through H&M and happen to find a unique, designer tshirt! like riz pointed out, we may get the celeb lines but it's not always great that every designer colab is advertised to the MAX and extremely over priced (coughtopshop) tshirt is marvy by the way!!

wow. i love that. i love em all. are they coming to any hm's in america? because i would totally make a trip to the mens section for those. i like my shirts oversized, anyway.

selina: I would've imagined that you'd find them at your H&Ms across the water too, considering the UK often gets much the same schtick as Ireland...?

yoncto: I'm not sure if they'll make it to the US, H&M isn't exactly forthcoming with the info. Top blog, by the by, keep it up.

I like this way more than the Marimekko collaboration!
