After two days of uninterrupted rest I've finally recuperated from Lec Pic which was supremely amazing. In fact, it was so good I returned with a pocket full of memorabilia including Beth Ditto's shoe [she flung it off into the heaving, expectant crowd just moments into the beginning of their stellar set and I - fanboy that I am - leapt to snatch it mid-flight] and a CSS setlist awarded by Lovefoxxx herself [no doubt for my perpetual fanboy shrieking, singing along and kerazy dancing/jumping]. The shoe - should you care to know - is by Classified but I can't seem to find it online - not that it was anything one might get terribly excited about.
The point of this post was not, in fact, Beth Ditto's choice of footwear, rather a quick goodbye to you all for another few days as I make my way to London for a spot of pre-college shopping, gallery-browsing and clubbing.
